Introduction: The major Intersolar South America event took place in São Paulo, Brazil, from August 29th to 31st, 2023. CHISAGE ESS showcased a variety of energy storage products and integrated solutions at booth R5.60, generating a wave of excitement at the exhibition thanks to their innovative technology and unique advantages.
Introduction to the exhibition
InterSolar South America in São Paulo, Brazil, is the largest and most popular photovoltaic technology exhibition in South America, bringing together international stakeholders in the future of energy from the global market. It provides a professional platform for manufacturers, suppliers, wholesalers, and service providers in the global photovoltaic industry to showcase their technologies and products, and continues to support the sustainable energy transition in Brazil and South America.

The fair, which will be held at the Expo Center Norte in São Paulo, Brazil, and will cover a total area of almost 60,000 square meters, is expected to attract more than 50,000 visitors and over 450 exhibitors.
Brazilian Market Overview
Brazil is located in South America, with an annual photovoltaic usage time of 1,400-1,800 hours, and abundant sunlight. Due to its large population, strong industrial base, and high electricity demand, Brazil is becoming one of the most promising emerging photovoltaic markets in the world. According to statistics, in the first half of 2023, Brazil added approximately 6.6 GW of installed photovoltaic capacity, becoming the largest country in Latin America in terms of installed photovoltaic capacity. Meanwhile, the total installed capacity in Brazil is expected to reach 224.3 GW by the end of 2030.

The government has accelerated the energy transition and introduced policies to support the development of the photovoltaic (PV) market, as the country’s hydroelectric capacity declined due to a severe drought in 2021. According to data provided by Brazil’s National Energy Agency (ANE), the country’s total energy investments will exceed $30 billion by 2035, 70 percent of which will be allocated to renewable energy technologies such as solar photovoltaics, wind power, biomass, and ocean energy.
Live broadcast
On the hot stage at Intersolar Brazil, CHISAGE ESS embraced the slogan “Leading Innovation in Energy” and presented an open and innovative communication platform with a simple and dynamic booth design. Throughout the exhibition, many CHISAGE ESS products generated significant interest, attracting many exhibitors to stop by and inquire. Thanks to the collaboration between the Brazilian and Chinese teams, the venue was in good condition and the conversation flowed smoothly.
